The Studio

YOGA HOUSE welcomes you to Llanelli’s first dedicated yoga studio.

It is our aim to provide a space where you can focus purely on yourself, improve your health and increase your wellbeing.

Yoga is for everyone. No matter your fitness level, yoga has a style to suit you. Choose a class that fits your lifestyle. 

Our schedule offers a range of classes, and the positive benefits of regular practice include:

My name is Natasha. 

I first started practicing yoga when I moved to Paris in 2013 as a way to introduce some exercise into my day. It wasn’t long before I realised that the benefits of yoga extended far beyond the physical. My stress levels were reduced; I was sleeping well, and feeling refreshed and motivated. As well as my regular personal development through instructors in Paris, I enrolled in various workshops including a yoga and reiki course.  I loved that yoga was a non-competitive activity which completely balanced my day job activities in the highly competitive commercial world of a major city.

In spring of 2016, I decided to take a career change and make yoga my day job! I returned to my home town of Llanelli after spending 6 weeks in India, where I completed my 200-hour RYS Yoga Instructor certification in Rishikesh.

In addition to our weekly class schedule, the studio holds exciting workshops and events so keep an eye out on our Facebook page and Instagram for regular updates! All my lesson planning is built around the safety of my students to ensure the classes are enjoyable for everyone.

Studio Etiquette

◊ Please switch off your mobile phone before the class begins.

◊ Take off your shoes once you've entered and place them on the shelves provided.

◊ Please make sure that you arrive on time. About 5-10 minutes before the class begins is perfect. Not only does this allow you to relax a little before we start, but ensures that the class is not disrupted by a late arrival.

◊ Be mindful of personal hygiene. We practice yoga in close proximity and often barefoot. Whilst your neighbour respects you, he/she does not want to catch a whiff of body odour or smelly feet!

◊ Which brings us to the next point: take it easy on heavy perfumes and colognes. Some people are allergic or sensitive to certain smells.


Cancellation Policy

◊ You may cancel your booking any time up to 4 hours before the class begins, and your credit will return to your account to use another time. Regrettably, we are unable to return credits to your account with less than 4 hours cancellation notice. Workshops usually have a longer cancellation period, which is written in the workshop description (in the Class Styles section). 

◊ Non-attendance is not refundable
