Yoga with Natasha & Meditation with Naomi


In this autumn and nature inspired workshop, you will be taken on a journey through yoga and meditation to connect you to the five elements of nature.

You will be guided to explore the beauty and simplicity of each of the core elements; air, earth, fire, water and space, through a series of yoga movements and guided meditations.

It is a great opportunity to take some time for yourself and gain from the wonderful benefits of a yoga and meditation practice. 

We will round the session off with some delicious seasonal cake and tea.
