A soothing, rebalancing practice that gently works the body and quietens the mind. This class is suitable for all levels, including those who are brand new to yoga.
Variations and alternative postures are offered to make the class comfortable for everyone. Gentle Yoga classes begin with reclined postures, seated postures and movements close to the ground. We work up to standing postures, and round off the session with restorative postures, supported with bolster cushions, and a relaxation.
