Natasha has been teaching yoga full-time since 2016. She established Yoga House to create a welcoming environment where people can move, relax and energise their body and mind through a range of class styles, workshops and retreats.
Natasha specialises in delivering anatomy-inspired yoga classes that are grounded in the principles of functional movement. She is passionate about the transformative effect that yoga can have on the mind and body, and looks forward to sharing this practice with you.

Tara has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and teaching since 2019. She completed a 300hr training at Yoga Satsang Ashram in Wales through a course which provided a classical study of hatha, jnana and raja yoga. She has been a secondary school science teacher for twenty years, and holds a degree in biology.
Tara teaches the Sunday evening Yoga for Runners & Cyclists class at the studio. This is an area of specific interest to Tara, having completed many triathlons at a number of distances including sprint, Olympic, 70.3 along with Ironman Wales and Ironman Copenhagen. She truly understands the impact training has on the body and the complementary benefits that yoga can bring as part of a training and recovery plan.
