Outdoor Summertime Mandala Yoga Flow & Meditation
A special summer session that will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and centred.
A mandala is a geometrical symbol, usually in the form of a circle. It represents wholeness and balance. The mandala form will inspire both our yoga movement and our meditation practice in this session.
Our mandala yoga flow will be comprised of creative sequences that allow us to make a circle or travel 360 degrees around our mat, so that we end up facing all directions by the end of the practice. The flow will work the whole body through twists, forward folds, backbends and hip openers, and we will complete the session with a relaxing meditation practice.
