Q: I am new to yoga. Which class should I come to?
A: Gentle yoga, Beginners, Slow Flow to Bed and Hatha are all suitable for those who are new to yoga. We move at a steady pace, and focus on correct alignment in each of these classes. However, they vary in intensity, so choose a class according to how you feel on a particular day, or according to your current fitness level.

... regular intensity... suitable for those without mobility issues that impact on your daily life
