Slow Flow to Bed

We begin this class with controlled breathing followed by movements to warm up the muscles and joints. We work our way up to a steady standing flow to ease tension and calm the mind. The flow section is composed of a sequence of postures linked together and practiced at an easy-going pace. The class is rounded off with restorative postures, supported with bolster cushions, and a long Savasana (relaxation). Slow Flow to Bed is a great class to help you unwind at the end of the day. 

This class is suitable for beginners with a general level of fitness and mobility.
