Slow Flow to Bed
Introduction
We begin this class with stretches on the mat and work our way up to a steady standing flow to ease tension and calm the mind. The flow section is composed of a sequence of postures linked together and practiced at a soft pace. The class is rounded off with restorative postures, supported with bolster cushions, and a long Savasana (relaxation). Slow Flow to Bed is a great class to unwind at the end of the day.
This class is suitable for beginners.
Before your yoga class

If this is your first class at Yoga House, please arrive 10 minutes early for registration.

Please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.

Please bring a yoga mat or, if you prefer, these can be rented at the studio for 50p.

Studio Etiquette and Cancellation Policy
Studio Etiquette
◊ Please switch off your mobile phone before the class begins.
◊ Take off your shoes once you've entered and place them on the shelves provided.
◊ Please make sure that you arrive on time. About 5-10 minutes before the class begins is perfect. Not only does this allow you to relax a little before we start, but ensures that the class is not disrupted by a late arrival.
◊ Be mindful of personal hygiene. We practice yoga in close proximity and often barefoot. Whilst your neighbour respects you, he/she does not want to catch a whiff of body odour or smelly feet!
◊ Which brings us to the next point: take it easy on heavy perfumes and colognes. Some people are allergic or sensitive to certain smells.
Cancellation Policy
◊ You may cancel your booking any time up to 4 hours before the class begins, and your credit will return to your account to use another time. Regrettably, we are unable to return credits to your account with less than 4 hours cancellation notice. Workshops usually have a longer cancellation period, which is written in the workshop description (in the Class Styles section).
◊ Non-attendance is not refundable
