This class is composed of more vigorous flow sequences, and includes postures that require increased strength and flexibility. In this class you have fun trying out new, more challenging postures in a way that feels good for your body.
You also continue to work on your breathing, balance and self-awareness, in order to take your practice to a new level.

Studio Etiquette and Cancellation Policy
◊ Please switch off your mobile phone before the class begins.
◊ Take off your shoes once you've entered and place them on the shelves provided.
◊ Please make sure that you arrive on time. About 5-10 minutes before the class begins is perfect. Not only does this allow you to relax a little before we start, but ensures that the class is not disrupted by a late arrival.
◊ Be mindful of personal hygiene. We practice yoga in close proximity and often barefoot. Whilst your neighbour respects you, he/she does not want to catch a whiff of body odour or smelly feet!
◊ Which brings us to the next point: take it easy on heavy perfumes and colognes. Some people are allergic or sensitive to certain smells.
◊ You may cancel your booking any time up to 4 hours before the class begins, and your credit will return to your account to use another time. Regrettably, we are unable to return credits to your account with less than 4 hours cancellation notice. Workshops usually have a longer cancellation period, which is written in the workshop description (in the Class Styles section).
◊ Non-attendance is not refundable
