Why do a Spring Cleanse? Spring is a time for renewal, a time to cast off our Winter body and get ready for the longer days ahead. Now is a good time to start reducing the heavier cooked foods of winter and start introducing lighter salads and more raw foods. If needed, now is good time to consider shedding the extra pounds gained over the winter months of hibernation.
However, cleansing or ‘detoxing’ does not need a strict, semi starvation diet of joyless celery or cabbage soup.
Join me and find out how to detox safely and effectively with a whole body/mind approach using plants and Superfoods.
We will also review functional tests of hair, blood and urine that can be used for effective detoxing.
