ELEMENTS OF YOGA

Inspired by the 5 elements, this workshop will give you a chance to understand and experience firsthand the working of the elements of life within you.

Join Meni for 3 hours of yogic exploration of the Elements Of Life. Meni has been practicing yoga for over two decades and he has put together this workshop as a way to take your practice to a whole other level of experience and understanding. Meni has the ability to combine precise and technical instructions while at the same time offering an authentic yogic experience in a supportive environment.  His ability to share his extensive yoga knowledge with a dose of humour makes his sessions a rewarding experience.

In this fluid workshop we will explore each of the 5 elements with its relevant poses, chakras, breathing patterns and mental focus as a way to connect not only to the building blocks of our unique body and mind but also to those of the whole of creation. This will give you a chance to understand the effect each of the elements has on your body and mind and will give you practical ways to take your practice to a much deeper level both on and off the mat.

This workshop will include dynamic flow, pranayama, bandha, kriya and meditation as well as a restorative savasana.

Suitable for all levels of ability and experience.
